Returns & Refunds Policy
Art Prints and Merchandise
All sales of art prints are final as each print is made to order. We do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we offer exchanges for the "Unframed" print option within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the print is in undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, any price differences, and a 5% restocking fee based on the total price of the exchanged item(s).
Damaged or Defective Art Prints or Merchandise
If your art print or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damage or defect in order to process the claim. Once verified, a replacement will be provided at no additional charge.
Original Paintings
All original paintings are sold as final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before completing your order.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Not Yet in Production/Not Shipped: If your order has not yet entered production (for prints) or shipped (for original paintings or in-stock merchandise), you may cancel.
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order will be considered final and cannot be canceled. If the cancellation is processed within the 24-hour period, you will receive a full refund, and no restocking fee will apply.
