Shipping & Processing Policies

Order Processing Time
Order processing refers to the time it takes to receive and prepare your order for shipment. Typically, processing takes between 3 to 10 business days, depending on current order volume. Please note that shipping times (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx) at checkout are in addition to this processing time.

Domestic Shipping Policy
A flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Art prints will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. All original artwork will be shipped using USPS Priority or an equivalent service.

International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost, mis-delivered, or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer. If the original order is lost due to incorrect information, the buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges, as well as a 50% re-print fee based on the value of the print(s) being reprinted.
